At Legacy Mentality, every piece we drop is made with intention — quality takes time. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your order.
Processing & Creation Time:
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Since some items are made-to-order or limited pieces, please allow up to 7-10 business days for creation before shipment. During high-demand periods, delays may occur, but we’ll always keep you in the loop.
Shipping Time:
Once your order has been created and packaged, shipping times are as follows (based on your location):
- U.S. Orders: 7–14 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- International: 7–21 business days (depending on customs and location)
Please note: These timelines are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, customs processing, or high-volume periods.
Tracking:
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order is on the way.
Wrong Address or Delivery Issues:
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect information. If your package is returned to us, we can reship it — additional charges may apply.
